The living space is divided into two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, and a combined kitchen-living room. Large panoramic windows in the living room and bedrooms create a sense of airiness and visually expand the space, filling the house with natural light.

The plot is located near the town of São Bartolomeu de Messines, has an area of 14,000 m2 and direct access to the road. São Bartolomeu de Messines is located in the green hills of the eastern Algarve, approximately 45 km from Faro Airport, which is usually about a half-hour drive. From here, it is easy to reach the nearest beaches on the coast, Praia da Rocha and Praia da Balaia, which are about a 25-35 minute drive to the sea. São Bartolomeu de Messines is a picturesque and authentic town in the central Algarve, known for its peaceful atmosphere and rich cultural history. Its narrow streets, whitewashed houses and traditional architecture reflect the true character of the inland Algarve, which has retained its identity away from mass tourism.
